Over the past eight years, I’ve worked in Berlin’s fast-paced startup ecosystem, leading digital programs and projects across travel, real estate, and fintech.

My work spans Agile and Hybrid environments, where I’ve partnered with cross-functional teams in design, product, engineering, GTM and sales to drive alignment, streamline execution and deliver meaningful project outcomes.

Prior to moving into the digital space, I spent over five years in Australia managing large-scale construction programs and serving as a Program and Stakeholder Relations Manager.
